Role Purpose

Were seeking an experienced Manager, Client Accounting & Reporting to lead our accounting team into a new era of performance and impact. This role is not about holding a titleit's about transforming practices, building leaderlevel professionals, and ensuring seamless operations for increasingly complex property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the client accounting team to deliver accuracy, accountability, and excellence in financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements: optimize the use of Yardi, streamline close cycles, automate reporting, and standardize procedures
• Present clear and strategic financial insight in Board meetings and client discussions.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements across condominium, residential, and commercial properties
• Identify training needs and promote professional development: mentorship, cross-training, professional designations (CPA, CMA), and formal development plans
• Serve as a visible change leaderwith operational collaboration across property and regional teams.

What Were Looking For

Required:

• CPA, CMA, CA (or equivalent) in good standing.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership roles in property management accounting or commercial real estate finance
• Strong background with property accounting software (preferably Yardi) and cloud-based financial systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of process improvement and coaching accounting professionals.

Preferred:

• Experience handling complex portfolios (mixed-use, commercial, amenities-rich properties).
• Prior exposure to automation, centralized workflows, or scale-up environments.

Passion for developing otherswith real success stories in mentoring or team building.
