This is a role for a creative, highly organised and execution-focused professional who thrives on learning, structure and contribution.<br><br><strong><i>Compensation</i></strong><i>:</i> will range between $80,0000 and $120,000 depending on education, experience and capabilities.<br><br><strong><i>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</i></strong><br /><i>HR Operations:</i> Own the complete employee lifecycle to attract high quality technical talent: manage the logistics of sourcing, recruitment, testing, onboarding and orientation, offboarding. <br /><i>Employee relations</i>: Act as a trusted guide for managers and staff for day-to-day employee relations, performance, documentation and policy matters. Manage legislative compliance and employee communications. <br /><i>Performance management</i>. Implement and refine performance management and improvement programs. <br /><i>Staff engagement</i>: Ensure employees remain engaged and enjoy a safe and supportive work environment.<br /><i>Training and development</i>: Identify employee learning needs based on job performance and changing technologies and legislation. Implement cost effective and impactful training, testing and development programs<br /><i>Legal and costing support</i>: Liaise with external legal counsel and provide support for employment related contracts; contribute to HR costing and pricing of products, projects and processes <br /><i>Leadership support and collaboration</i>: Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on HR matters; find creative solutions that balance costs, compliance, business needs and staff expectations.<br><br><strong><i>Requirements</i></strong><ul><li><i>Experience</i><b>:</b> A minimum of 6 - 8 years of progressive, hands-on HR experience in a fast paced environment.</li><li><i>Industry background</i><b>:</b> Experience in IT services, telecom, data centre or cybersecurity preferred.
