<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Manager – Senior Residences<p><strong>Location:</strong> Skye Hotel & Residences<br /><strong>Department:</strong> Senior Living Operations<br /><strong>Reports To:</strong> General Manager / Directors</p><hr /><p>The <strong>Manager – Senior Residences</strong> at <strong>Skye Hotel & Residences</strong> is responsible for the day-to-day management, operations, and resident satisfaction of our senior living community. This role combines compassionate care with operational excellence, ensuring a safe, dignified, and enriching living experience for all residents. The Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team and uphold the standards and values of Skye Hotel & Residences.</p><hr />Key <span >Responsibilities:Resident</span> Experience & Community Management:<ul><li><p>Ensure the highest level of resident care, comfort, dignity, and well-being.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families.</p></li><li><p>Oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration of new residents into the community.</p></li><li><p>Plan and supervise community activities, events, and wellness programs.</p></li><li><p>Monitor resident feedback and continuously improve service offerings.</p></li></ul>Operations & Compliance:<ul><li><p>Oversee daily operations of the Senior Residences, including housekeeping, dining, wellness, and maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards across the facility.</p></li><li><p>Manage vendors and service providers related to senior living operations.</p></li></ul>Team Leadership:<ul><li><p>Lead, train, and support a team of caregiving, administrative, and support staff.</p></li><li><p>Promote a positive work environment that aligns with the mission of Skye Hotel & Residences.</p></li><li><p>Monitor staff performance, ensure adequate staffing levels, and oversee scheduling.</p></li></ul>Financial & Administrative Management:<ul><li><p>Prepare and manage budgets for the Senior Residences segment.</p></li><li><p>Monitor expenses, resource utilization, and efficiency of services.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records related to residents, incidents, staff, and regulatory compliance.</p></li></ul><hr />Qualifications & Experience:<ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality management.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of elderly care standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.</p></li><li><p>Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and operational budgets.</p></li></ul><hr />What We Offer:<ul><li><p>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives</p></li><li><p>On-site parking</p></li><li><p>A chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents</p></li><li><p>A professional, collaborative work environment </p></li></ul><hr /><p><strong>Skye Hotel & Residences</strong> is committed to redefining senior living by combining the elegance and service of a luxury hotel with the warmth and care of a supportive community.
