In this role, you will:Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Oversee the strategic planning, execution and ongoing optimization of Scotiabank’s paid media program and plans, as well as building and managing internal roadmaps for associated ad tech, including but not limited to programmatic display, paid social, paid search, online video and affiliate channelsAccountable for monthly, quarterly and annual paid media budgets and delivery of sales targets, lifetime value and return on marketing investment, across multiple lines of businessLead, guide, rally and inspire a team of highly skilled digital marketing practitioners across multiple digital marketing areas of practiceManage strategic 3rd party partner relationships ensuring there is program goal alignment, communication of quarterly budgets and a commitment from the provider side to keep Scotiabank top of mind for Alpha/Beta and new feature launchesCollaborate with the business and internal marketing teams ensuring there is alignment of strategy, performance KPIs, messaging and initiative focusClose collaboration with marketing analytics & Marketing Performance management to identify and propagate performance/demand trends, high value audiences, optimization opportunities and key business drivers inclusive of full funnel measurement and multitouch attribution methodologiesAct as an expert for SEO/SEM strategies in collaboration with our strategic partners to drive marketing efficiencyServe as a core contributor to the Bank’s long term MarTech strategyPartner with senior leadership to develop the customer acquisition strategy and create road maps that will enable each business line the ability to achieve their annual business objectivesExpand the visibility and working knowledge of digital marketing across the organization through presenting and communicating best practices, core findings and emphasizing the channel importance in the overall marketing mixChampions a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to Scotiabank’s values: accountability, passion, integrity and respect. Delivers results in accordance to Scotiabank behavioural competencies.
