<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b><strong>Thinkpath Engineering Services (TES)</strong></b> is looking for a <b><strong>Mechanical Design Engineer</strong></b> to work onsite at a client’s facility in <b><strong>Burlington, ON.</strong></b>  Candidates should have experience with automated equipment or similar background.  The position will initially be a 6 to 12 month contract.</p><p> </p><p> <b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><ul><li>Machine concept and detailed design development in a 3D modelling environment (Autodesk Inventor).</li><li>Participating in all phases of the design, development, and implementation of our machine technology.</li><li>Working with the others to ensure attainment of design goals.</li><li>Design new products and makes improvements to existing products.</li><li>Researching and analyzing requirements and technical specifications to satisfy end-user requirements.</li><li>Interfacing with customers and managers to determine project scope, requirements, deliverables, budget, costing and schedules.</li><li>Providing onsite installation, troubleshooting, debugging, commissioning and maintenance support for our equipment in the field.</li><li>Producing design documents, schematics, and process control diagrams.</li><li>Review designs with fabrication shops to ensure consistent design, fabrication and quality specifications.</li></ul><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Skills Desired:</strong></b></p><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><ul><li>Requires a bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.</li><li>Advanced 3D modelling skills.</li><li>Experience in Autodesk Inventor.</li><li>Bulk material handling and/or packaging experience.</li><li>Strong overall design, project leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Engineering design.</li><li>Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.</li><li>Performs a variety of tasks.</li></ul></p>Company Description<p>Thinkpath Engineering Services, LLC (TES) has been a global leader in Engineering and Design Services since 1977.
