<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, hydrodermabrasion, microneedling, skin tightening, and laser treatments</li>
<li>Conduct detailed skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans</li>
<li>Provide clear pre- and post-treatment care instructions</li>
<li>Educate clients on skincare products and recommend home-care routines</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals</li>
<li>Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and treatment protocols</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>

<li>Minimum <b>5 years of continuous, full-time experience</b> in a medical spa or dermatology clinic (required)</li>
<li>Strong technical skills across a wide range of aesthetic treatments</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>

<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends</li>
<li>Knowledge of current skincare products and aesthetic trends</li>
