Equal opportunity employer.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Main Duties<br /></p><ul><li><p>Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, floors, and surfaces.<br /></p></li><li><p>Complete strip and wax floor care projects.<br /></p></li><li><p>Operate cleaning machines and tools safely and efficiently.<br /></p></li><li><p>Travel to different client sites within Halifax as required.<br /></p></li><li><p>Follow company safety and sanitation standards.<br /></p></li><li><p>Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.<br /></p></li><p><br /></p><p><b>Work Environment</b><br /></p><p>Fast passed environment with physical demands includes walking and standing, bending, crouching<br /></p><p><br /></p></ul><br />Requirements<p>Legally able to obtain employment in Canada without sponsorship.<br /></p><p>Detail oriented.<br /></p><p> Friendly and Professional.<br /></p><p>Able to work successfully alone or in a team-oriented environment.<br /></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in commercial kitchen cleaning.<br /></p></li><li><p>Experience with strip and wax floor care is required.<br /></p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license preferred (for mobile projects).<br /></p></li><li><p>Flexibility with work hours and locations.<br /></p></li></ul><p> Language Skills<br /></p><p>Ability to communicate effectively in English <br /></p><p> Understand and follow directions in English.<br /></p><p><br /></p><br />Benefits<p>Competitive wages are paid twice monthly. <br /></p><p>Crystal Clean Maintenance has over 60 years of experience, employing over 150 full and part-time cleaners.
