We create content across all major platforms with a focus on technical explainer videos, the future of tech, including AI and Robotics. TiffinTech is a bridge between complex engineering and mainstream curiosity. Tiffany attends conferences and events around the world to bring her audience interesting insights about how tech works.</p><p><br></p><p><b>We are looking for a Motion Designer / Video Producer Freelance Contractor for an on-going partnership ~10-15 hours a week.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>What you will get up to:</b></p><ul><li><b>Animation or Motion Graphic Artist:</b> Ability to bring technical concepts to life visually.</li><li><b>Video Production:</b> Comfortable with the assembly and polish of short-form video.</li><li><b>Storytelling/Documentary Experience:</b> A background in narrative or educational content is a big plus.</li><li><b>Dynamic Tech Visualization:</b> Ability to create 2D/3D assets that explain complex concepts (e.g., how a leap second works or the layers of the CAP theorem).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Tools you are an expert in:</b></p><ul><li><b>Frame.io:</b> Our primary tool for feedback—you should be comfortable using this for reviews.</li><li><b>Software Flexibility (Note):</b> We have <b>no specific preference</b> for which creative tools are used (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci, Figma, etc.). We are entirely flexible as long as the artist can deliver high-quality results that match our style.</li><li><b>Blender (Nice to have):</b> Great if you can do 3D, but not required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li><b>Great Communication:</b> Essential for our async workflow.</li><li><b>High Sense of Urgency:</b> We need someone who can handle quick turnarounds while staying realistic about what can be achieved.</li><li><b>Tech Industry Understanding:</b> (Nice to have) Helps if they find the subject matter interesting!</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Logistics:</b></p><p><b>Availability: </b>No live collaboration needed, but you must be available to respond within 24 hours and hit agreed-upon deadlines.</p><p><b>Hours:</b> Estimating 10-15 hours weekly.</p><p><b>Duration: </b>Looking for an ongoing partnership.</p><p><b>Invoicing: </b>Monthly invoicing based on tracked hours and tasks performed.</p><p><b>Payment: </b>Wire transfer or other platform as discussed.</p><p><br></p><p>For applicants: Please apply to this posting.
