Reporting to the National Director, National Chains, the incumbent will have the following primary responsibilities:
Responsible for a National Chains key customer portfolioNegotiate agreements with National Chains head offices in alignment with the company’s strategic orientationsResponsible for the business and sales plans: volume, profitability, and optimizationParticipate in the development of the strategy for the National AccountsLead and coordinate new specific product development for the chains with R&DSupport the Director in the implementation of the global strategyManage and communicate market data to costumersConduct sales analysis on a frequent basis. Built action plan in line with our annual business objectivesMaintain constant communication internally in line with the daily operationsResponsible for the performance of categories and products for each customer according to results and adopted strategiesWork collaboratively with production, logistics and forecasting teamsYour assets for this position:
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and administration of key accountsSkills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and finance skillsGreat ability to build and maintain strong business relationshipsExecutive approach and strategic thinkingSense of urgency and priority management skillsExcellent analytical and financial capacitiesAbility to work under pressureGreat teamwork abilityTravel and attendance at customers events requiredGood computer skills (Microsoft Office, AS400)Here’s everything Olymel has to offer:
