Position: Office Services Clerk
Location: On-site in York St., Downtown Toronto
Salary: $25 per hour
Job Type: Temporary 3-month contract
We’re looking for a reliable and service-oriented Office Services Clerk to join our team on a short-term contract to support vacation coverage for 3 months. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous office or customer service experience who enjoys a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks in a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
– Support mailroom operations – sorting, filing, distributing incoming and outgoing mail
– Assist with office services – maintaining the pantry, setting up workstations, ordering supplies
– Provide reception backup – answering phones, greeting clients, directing visitors
– Perform general office support as needed
Qualifications:
– Minimum 6 months of office or customer service experience (retail/hospitality welcome)
– Friendly, can-do attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
– Basic proficiency with computers and office tools
– Professional presentation and a dependable work ethic
This is an on-site role ideal for someone who is flexible and happy to pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
