Represent On.</strong></p>About the Role<p>As an On Tech Brand Rep, you&#39;ll be the face of On in retail <span >storeseducating/training</span> store associates and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.</p>What You&#39;ll Do:<ul><li>Brand Education & Training:<br />Share your knowledge of On products to educate store staff on features, benefits, and the brand&#39;s value.</li><li>In-Store Support:<br />Conduct monthly store visits to train associates and ensure product placement, displays, and signage are on point.</li><li>Reporting & Insights:<br />Capture photos, observations, and feedback during visits, then submit detailed reports via our mobile app to help improve insight on associate education and brand presentation.</li></ul>What We&#39;re Looking For:<ul><li>Experience in education/training of store associates</li><li>Proven experience in retail environment </li><li>Passionate about the On brand and active lifestyle</li><li>Friendly, engaging, with excellent relationship-building skills</li><li>Strong communicator, both verbal and written</li><li>Tech-savvy with smartphones and reporting tools</li><li>Reliable transportation </li></ul>What You&#39;ll Receive:<ul><li>Paid $50 USD per store training visit (plus travel incentives) based on experience and location </li><li>Dedicated stores to service in your area - stores are generally visited once a month for one hour</li><li>Flexibility to be able to schedule visits, at different times during the day, based on when the store manager advises there will be the greatest number of associates to train.</li><li>Immediate start upon certification completion</li><li>Quarterly calls with Brand Leaders for ongoing skill development</li></ul><p></p><p>About On<br />Founded in 2010, On is a Swiss innovator committed to transforming the world of running.
