Job Title: Partner Associate/ Operations Associate
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Month Contract with possible extension
Who You Are
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team supporting our merchants across Canada. In this critical contract role, you will manage and optimize operational processes, investigate merchant requests, and help drive the adoption of key platform features.
Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure a seamless merchant experience and contribute directly to the growth.
As an Ops associate, you’ll be responsible for managing and tracking recurring operational processes, including identifying areas of opportunity, driving completion of tasks such as increasing adoption of certain features on our platform, and coordinating with support teams. Your primary goal is to ensure that each process we track and manage yields the best merchant experience possible.
What You’ll Do
• Operational Process Management: Run and track recurring operational workflows, establish new processes, and identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Merchant Support & Investigation: Oversee and program-manage fraud investigations raised by support teams, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
• Communication Audits: Review and enhance communications for various markets, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and correct deployment.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of key initiatives, analyze adoption rates of new features, and report on process outcomes.
• Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet internal deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience on SQL
What You’ll Need
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Quick learner with proficiency in technology, including new software and systems.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
