<p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the performance, service delivery, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. This role is accountable for driving safe, compliant, and high-quality operations while fostering a strong team culture and supporting long-term growth.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Manage staffing, scheduling, logistics, fleet utilization, and overall performance.</li><li>Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to support a strong, accountable team.</li><li>Ensure clear communication across facilities, field teams, and customer service.</li><li>Review operational reports and provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.</li><li>Oversee routing and dispatch planning, adjusting operations as needed to meet customer and staffing needs.</li><li>Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, including audits and incident investigations.</li><li>Support escalated customer concerns and help strengthen relationships with key accounts.</li><li>Manage operational budgets, monitor costs, and identify efficiency opportunities.</li><li>Participate in leadership meetings, conduct site visits, and complete required reporting.</li><li>Lead emergency and after-hours response coordination as needed.</li><li>Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and company values across all interactions.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment.</li><li>Strong leadership abilities with experience managing frontline teams.</li><li>Demonstrated success in coaching, performance management, and supporting employee development.</li><li>Experience with scheduling, dispatching, routing, or logistics planning is an asset.</li><li>Solid understanding of safety practices, regulatory compliance, and incident management.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.</li><li>Budget management experience with the ability to identify cost efficiencies and support forecasting.</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.</li><li>Valid driver's license with ability to travel between sites as needed</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
