<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an operator to support our Thin Film (Clean Room) department as part of the Production Team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Sputtering, dicing plating and sawing electronic components through use of a microscopes according to drawings and specifications</p><p>2. Measure and record resistance, gold thickness of components, store after completion</p><p>3. Prepare for chemical patterning operation, develop pattern on wafers according to specifications</p><p>4. Perform deposition of films on wafers</p><p>5. Dice according to setup machine specification, inspect to ensure compliance</p><p>6. Bake and inspect components to ensure quality compliance</p><p>7. Set up process equipment and adhere to ESD Procedures and clean working practices</p><p>8. Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools</p><p>9. Inspect electronic components and assemblies to ensure correct components selection and placement, wiring</p><p>10. Check final assembly for finish, labelling and packaging methods</p><p>11. Check mechanical dimensions and perform “go-no-go” electrical tests</p><p>12. Collect, record and summarize inspection results</p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Completion of high school</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>2 years electronic component experience</li></ul><p><strong><span >Skills/Requirements</span></strong></p><p>1. Experience in reading blueprints an asset</p><p>2. Know military and industry quality standards</p><p>3. Familiar with ESD and clean room electronic industry practices</p><p>4. Excellent hand/eye coordination handling electronic components using microscopes</p><p>5. Must have ability to work with hand, small tools, and microscopes</p><p>6. Able to work effectively in a team environment</p><p>7. Must be able to work with chemicals</p><p>8.
