Job Description

<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Oracle Performance Management (Oracle PM) Consultant</b> to lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Performance Management solutions. The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy performance management systems aligned with organizational objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead and participate in <b>Oracle Performance Management implementations</b>, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Collaborate with <b>HR and business stakeholders</b> to understand performance management goals and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.</li><li>Configure and customize Oracle Performance Management modules such as <b>Goal Management, Performance Reviews, and Talent Management</b>.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise on <b>Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Performance Management</b> functionalities and best practices.</li><li>Facilitate <b>workshops, user training sessions, and documentation</b> for end-users and system administrators.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to <b>Oracle Performance Management processes and system integrations</b>.</li><li>Support <b>change management initiatives</b> and drive user adoption.</li><li>Stay current with <b>Oracle product updates, new features, and industry trends</b>.</li></ul><p></p>
