About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer service and order desk to support day-to-day business functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to multiple aspects of operational workflow. You will play a key role in keeping our office, customer service, and logistics running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administrative duties to support operations.
  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone and email.
  • Schedule freight and coordinate with transport companies for timely deliveries.
  • Support ERP-related tasks, including data entry and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, basic analysis).
  • Experience with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strong plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Dependable, diligent, and efficient in task execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar operations or administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with order processing or supply chain functions.
