No experience needed — we train you and coach you every step of the way.</p>What You’ll Be Doing<p>You’ll work outdoors speaking with homeowners, introducing our services, and helping set up painting and staining estimates. It’s a great role for students who want to get more comfortable communicating and working independently.</p>Pay Structure<p>This role is performance-based. Most students reach the equivalent of $18–$25/hr within their first couple of weeks.
