<p>Scholars of Don Mills is looking for a motivated and energetic Part-time High School Math Tutor to join our team. The selected candidate will receive training in Scholars' proven teaching methodology and must be comfortable teaching high school mathematics up to Grade 12. If you are seeking a dynamic, supportive, and rewarding teaching environment, we would love to hear from you.</p><p>Here's what we're looking for:</p><ul><li>Ability to teach Math up to Grade 12</li><li>Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students</li><li>Ontario Certified Teacher is preferred (flexible at the Centre Director's discretion)</li><li>Candidates in Teachers College or university designation towards math and/or sciences are also encouraged to apply</li><li>Previous experience working with students is an asset</li><li>Vulnerable Sector Check to be completed</li><li>Excellent English oral and written skills</li><li>A passion to help students reach their potential</li><li>Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail</li></ul><p>Candidates must be able to work a minimum of two shifts per week within our hours of operation below.
