Patient Support (PSP) Manager

Job Description

<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Serve as therapeutic area lead overseeing delivery of patient services across multiple vendors.</p><p>• Develop, execute and operationalize patient services programs for designated therapeutic area.</p><p>• Drive alignment across programs to ensure compliance and operational efficiencies.</p><p>• Collaborate across commercial functions as a strategic partner to the brand team.</p><p>• Develop and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of programs.<br /> </p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>• Bachelor degree in business/marketing or science discipline; MBA a plus</p><p>• 7+ years' relevant commercial operations experience, within the pharmaceutical industry including experience managing delivery of patient service programs.</p><p>• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues</p><p>• Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance and regulatory requirements</p><p>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred<br /> </p><p>This is a hybrid position that requires you to be in our Ottawa, Canada offices three days a week.</p><p></p><p>Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
