Paver Operator $1400+ WEEKLY

Key Responsibilities:
Operate asphalt paving machine to distribute, break down, and level asphalt on road surfaces.
Monitor the paving process to ensure consistent flow and uniformity in asphalt application.
Collaborate with crew members to adjust machine settings and address surface imperfections.
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
Communicate effectively with ground crew to ensure safety and project quality.
Identify and resolve potential issues with the paving process in real-time.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience operating asphalt pavers on commercial or roadway projects.
Strong understanding of paving techniques, grades, and specifications.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
