Our manufacturing client is currently implementing Workday Timekeeping and requires an additional contract resource for a 6 month+ assignment to support the Payroll Director during this transition. They require a strong, independent Payroll Professional who can take ownership of a wide variety of duties and contribute to both day-to-day tasks and special projects.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Payroll Director with payroll processing and related tasks
- Perform accurate data entry and payroll administration for 300 employees
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with the Workday implementation
- Take on various payroll-related projects as required
TMGCT
PCP or PLP designation (in good standing)
- Canadian payroll experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
- Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Assets:
- Experience with SAP, Concur, and/or Workday
