This opportunity is <strong>ideal for physicians currently practicing in the United Kingdom</strong> who are interested in <strong>relocating to Ontario</strong> and transitioning into a Canadian clinic environment.</p><p>Physicians must be <strong>eligible for registration and practice in Ontario through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)</strong> via an applicable pathway for internationally trained physicians.</p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Provide pediatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment across a broad range of presentations</li><li>Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient and family experience</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation using clinic technology and EMR tools</li><li>Contribute to a supportive, team-based practice environment</li></ul><p><strong>Clinic & Practice Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Approx. <strong>3,000 sq ft</strong> clinic</li><li><strong>8 exam rooms + 1 procedure room</strong></li><li>Full administrative support team, including <strong>reception</strong> and a <strong>physician assistant</strong></li><li>Technology-enabled practice using <strong>Oscar Pro</strong>, <strong>Nexus AI Scribe</strong>, and <strong>Ocean MD</strong></li><li>Attached pharmacy for patient convenience (not part of the business)</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Existing patient base with strong growth opportunity</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Estimated <strong>first-year earnings: ~$500,000</strong></li><li><strong>80/20 fee split</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>MD degree with UK clinical training and experience</strong> (<strong>GMC registration and UK practice experience strongly preferred</strong>)</li><li><strong>Eligibility for CPSO registration</strong> (independent practice or applicable <span >supervised/provisional</span> pathway, depending on specialty and role)</li><li>For specialists: appropriate UK specialist training and credentials (<strong>CCT or equivalent</strong>) aligned to Ontario registration pathways</li><li>Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a patient-first approach</li><li>Comfort working in a structured clinic setting, including EMR documentation</li></ul><p><strong>How Neobridge Supports You</strong></p><ul><li>Guidance on <strong>CPSO registration pathways</strong> and next steps</li><li>Introductions to Ontario clinics experienced in onboarding internationally trained physicians</li><li>Support navigating relocation logistics and connections to immigration and settlement resources</li><li>Clear communication and hands-on support through the hiring process</li></ul></p></p>
