<p><p>If you are a <b>RIBO Licensed</b>, <b>Personal Lines Customer Service Representative</b>, our growing team wants you!!!!</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining fast turnaround times for required actions.</li>
<li>Review and analyze renewal accounts, place coverage to meet client needs, re‑market when required, and quote renewals in line with carrier binding authority to support client retention.</li>
<li>Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, generating quality leads.</li>
<li>Process policy changes.</li>
<li>Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters.</li>
<li>Assist and support Producers as required.</li>
<li>Process call backs, submissions, and mail in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Demonstrate flexibility in performing various assigned tasks.</li>
<li>Promote company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews.</li>
<li>Promote client loyalty through attention to detail and strong relationship building. Remain current on all company philosophies and procedures. Accept risks within established guidelines.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing</li>
<li>Bring 2+ years of Personal Lines Account management/service experience, preferably in a brokerage environment</li>
<li>Being in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment brings out the best in you. You are always able to prioritize efficiently which allows you to exceed client expectations.</li>
<li>Working collaboratively and building relationships comes easy and is a key part of what has made you successful in your past roles.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>

<li>Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.</li>
<li>Function effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted environment.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and contribute as a strong team player.</li>
<li>Apply strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.</li>
<li>Adapt quickly and effectively to change.</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency in BMS and Microsoft applications.</li>
<li>Support the Broker/Producer by acting as a liaison with insurance companies, clients, and other stakeholders as required.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for underwriters, responding to underwriting inquiries from brokers and internal underwriting teams.</li>
</ul>
