Personal Lines Account Manager ($65,000-$73,000 + Commissions)

We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join an exciting growing team with a brokerage in North York, ON. This role will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines business, helping to drive growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will report directly to the Personal Lines Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Client Service & Support: Respond quickly and professionally to telephone, email, and fax inquiries while ensuring the highest level of service.
- Account Management: Review renewals, provide quotes, and remarket policies as necessary to keep the portfolio competitive.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize account growth.
- Claims & Endorsements: Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed through EPIC and company portals.
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance account management.
- R.I.B.O. license required.
- Proficiency in EPIC brokerage system is essential.
- Strong knowledge of insurance carriers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
