As a PSW, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to individuals in need. You will assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and well-being. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a solid commitment to delivering high-quality care.</p><p>Responsibilities<br>Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.</p><p>Support clients with nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding.</p><p>Monitor the client's health conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.</p><p>Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.</p><p>Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.</p><p>Assist with mobility and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.</p><p>Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.</p><p>Collaborate with family members and healthcare staff to develop individual care plans.</p><p>Requirements<br>Must have a valid certification as a Personal Support Worker.</p><p>Must have a Clear criminal record check</p><p>Previous experience in a caregiving role is an asset but not mandatory.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>Compassionate and patient demeanour.</p><p>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.</p><p>Good to have a Valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle is an asset.</p><p>Must be eligible to work in Canada.</p><p>Note<br>Resume submissions missing PSW experience will be automatically rejected.</p>
