JOB DESCRIPTION

The Porter is a key role helping to ensure that our restaurants are organized and tidy each day, which is vital to exceptional guest experiences.

As a qualified candidate, you fulfill on the following criteria:

• Ensure a clean and organized workplace
• Have a strong work ethic
• Must have an eye for detail and a high level of conscientiousness
• Involves cleaning floors, maintaining bathrooms, detailing equipment, removing trash, organizing stockrooms, unloading trucks, wiping walls and ceilings, etc…
• May involve some basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, etc…
• Duties include inside buildings, freezers, coolers, outside parking lots, etc…
• Must follow rules and standards

• Walking and standing for long periods of time
• Some heavy lifting
• Requires use of ladders
• Transition between cold (e.g. freezer) and hot (e.g. oven) working environments
• Ability to communicate in English well enough to follow verbal and written directions
• Weekends required
