This information reflects the current state of the program and may be subject to change over time.</li></ul><p>Please note that compensation and benefits may be different based on the work location, position, and a candidate's experience and qualifications.</p><h2>Job Type:</h2><br><p>Permanent</p><p>THE POSITION</p><p>Supporting the Project Management Office, the Portfolio Advisor will help ensure Keyera's PMO team is successful in enabling effective delivery of projects.</p><p>The Portfolio Advisor oversees the performance, health, and ensures strategic alignment of the company's capital and project portfolio. This role requires a high level of coordination across the organization to ensure projects are delivering value, adhere to standards, and align with corporate strategy.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li>Provide input and support the annual and long-term business plan for the growth capital portfolio, while ensuring alignment with corporate values, strategic risks and priorities.</li><li>Collaborating with business units and subject matter experts across the organization to drive timely and accurate growth capital updates while supporting annual/quarterly capital planning and budgeting cycles.</li><li>Develop and deliver portfolio reporting including dashboards, heat maps, scorecards, KPIs, and portfolio health insights.</li><li>Prepare high-quality presentations and communicate key takeaways for various peers and leaders that provide insightful conclusions and recommendations.</li><li>Partner with project managers and functional leaders to help support decision-making, and governance expectations.</li><li>Identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities, streamlining intake, approval, reporting processes, and enhancing PMO frameworks, tools, and digital solutions.</li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>The successful candidate will be energetic, proactive, enjoy working with a broad group of stakeholders and bring strong attention to detail, with the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline; PMP or PfMP considered an asset.</li><li>7–10+ years of experience in project management, governance, or portfolio management (oil & gas or industrial environment preferred).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex project data into actionable insights for leadership.</li><li>Proficient in project/portfolio tools (Power BI, OMEGA, Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent).</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>A c lear, confident communicator - able to bridge technical and executive audiences.</li><li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>Continuous-improvement mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Integrity-driven, objective, and compliance-focused.</li><li>Adaptable in fast-moving project environments.</li></ul><h2>Posting Expiry Date:</h2><br><p>Dec 17, 2025</p><p>At Keyera, we embrace collaboration, inclusion, and a workplace that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
