<p><h3>Post-Doctoral Fellow, VLSI Circuit and Chip Development</h3><h3>Primary Purpose</h3>
<p>Develop RISC-V related microcontroller and Open FPGA.</p>
<h3>Nature of Work</h3>
<p>Reporting to Professor Li Chen, the successful candidate will conduct high-quality research within a group of researchers (Ph.D. students and a Postdoctoral Fellow).</p>
<h3>Typical Duties or Accountabilities</h3>
<p>Design, chip layout, prototype design and preparation of manuscripts for publication in high impact journals. Other duties as assigned.</p>
<h3>Education</h3>
<p>Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in analog and digital circuit design, mix-signal chip layout.</p>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<p>Experience in VLSI circuit design, knowledge in radiation effects in integrated circuits will be a plus.</p>
<h3>Skills</h3>
<p>Demonstrated ability to undertake independent research evidenced by publications, and development of new research initiatives. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a research team. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills appropriate for interacting with students, staff and industry.</p>
