<p>We are seeking a <b>Preconstruction Student</b> for our <b>Solar District</b> that is available for <b>4 - 16 months</b> starting <b>May 2026</b>.</p>
<p>As a Preconstruction Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assisting with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process which includes taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items.</li>
<li>Assisting with review of RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, and specifications for key project requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitating communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders by utilizing PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals.</li>
<li>Assist projects with material take-offs, quantity optimization, and pricing compilation and recaps. Streamlining project processes by developing procurement operating practices and converting excel tools into standard Solar templates.</li>
<li>Supporting project success by developing and maintaining PM4+ procurement dashboards for projects. Draft purchase orders and coordinate with estimators and schedulers to ensure compliance with project budgets and expected delivery dates.</li>
<li>Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a solar preconstruction function</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Superior attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficient in various computer software programs, including AutoCad, word processing, and spreadsheet applications (Excel)</li>
<li>Familiarity with PM4+ and Power BI is a plus.</li>

<p>The estimated salary range for this role is $21.37- $31.34, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.</p>
