<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $18 - $20/hour <br /><p>The Whitecaps FC mission is To Unite and Inspire Our Communities.Weare looking for a new teammemberto contribute to the Vancouver Whitecaps culture by understanding and supporting our four cornerstones:team spirit, discipline, work ethic and mentality.</p><p></p><p>Whitecaps FC is looking for an experienced, passionate, and outgoing Concierge to engage with our high profile and VIP guests on match day and ensure their experience is second to none. </p><p></p><p>The Vancouver Whitecaps FC Premium Concierge is responsible for assisting in the management of all Premium areas on match day and ensuring that our Premium Guests and Members have an extraordinary match day experience. </p><p></p><p>Role Responsibilities:</p><p><br />Provide proactive and clear communication to ensure guests and Premium members needs are addressed</p><p><br />Act as first/main point of contact on match days greet guests and provide match information</p><p><br />Manage questions and requests from VIP guests and provide any assistance they may require</p><p><br />Engage with guests to promote key club messages and campaigns</p><p><br />Ensure a world class service level is maintained in all Premium areas</p><p><br />Provide memorable, extraordinary member experiences including surprise, delights and gifting</p><p><br />Develop and maintain long-term relationships to create a memorable match day experience for our guests and members</p><p><br />Receive, compile and report guest feedback to supervisors</p><p><br /></p><p><span >Qualifications/Experience:</span></p><p></p><p>In addition to bringing a commitment to Vancouver Whitecaps FC vision and values, the ideal candidate will require degrees of demonstrated experience as follows:</p><p><br />A friendly and outgoing personality. Comfortable engaging with people at all levels of business in a confident, articulate, and professional manner.</p><p><br />A team player who is collaborative and attentive</p><p><br />Positive, approachable, and hospitable with a guest first mentality</p><p><br />Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p><br />Ability to work independently, using mature judgement and problem-solving skills</p><p><br />Experience in a hospitality role working with VIP and high-profile clientele</p><p><br />A background in hospitality and event management will be considered an asset</p><p><br />Applicants must be of 19 years of age or older</p><p>Applicants must be available for the scheduled home matches over the course of the 2026 season, please refer to the website for confirmed schedule home matches to assess your availability.</p><p></p><p>Benefits:</p><p><br />Matchday Parking</p><p><br />Discounted Whitecaps Tickets</p><p><br />Complimentary food and beverage during shift</p><p></p><p>The Club</p><p></p><p>Vancouver Whitecaps FC is the longest-running professional soccer club in Canada and the United States.
