<p>Overview<br><br>Our company is looking for an Auto Body Prepper to join our team.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist Refinish Technician in other areas as necessary;</li><li>Prep vehicles properly for paint (tape, mask, etc);</li><li>Rub and polish completed vehicles.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Automotive interest and desire to develop a career in the industry;</li><li>1-3+ years of related employment experience.</li></ul><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during the prep process.</li><li>Collaborate with other coworkers.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.</li><li>Complete projects within established timelines while adhering to quality standards.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Familiarity with hand tools used in the prepping process.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, communication skills, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time</p><p>Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: No more than 40 per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Auto Body Repair: 3 years (required)</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>English (preferred)</li></ul><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>Driving Licence (required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
