Overview
As the President of Premier, a CORA Company, you will lead the business across all operational and strategic dimensions. Reporting to a CORA Portfolio CEO and/or Group Leader, the President will be accountable for defining and executing the strategic direction, financial performance, operational efficiency and achieving the growth targets of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute growth strategies and annual operating plans.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and monitor annual operating budgets.
- Strategic Leadership: Identify market opportunities and risks, and steer the organization accordingly.
- Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional teams including operations, product, customer success, and technology.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent performance improvement using Jonas/CORA benchmarks and best practices.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee organizational design to align with financial and strategic objectives.
- Financial Management: Deliver against targets for profitability and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Make data-driven, financially sound decisions to support sustainable scaling.
- Financial Management: Interpret and utilize P&L data effectively.
- Talent & Culture: Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.

Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead change and take others with you, while not being afraid to make bold decisions
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting and P&L
- Strong communication skills with highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability and willingness to foster innovative ideas and solutions
- A demonstrated high degree of integrity and trustworthiness
- Ability to develop teams yet willing to take personal responsibility for resolution of issues
- Logical and analytical with a methodical approach to problem-solving and driving process
- A university degree or equivalent in relevant management, business and/or information technology discipline, or comparable work experience ideally gained within a vertical software solution market.
- Travel will be required; Location in the Markham/Toronto area required
