Job Description
Infosys is seeking a talented Gen AI Product Owner.
Role Designation: Principal Consultant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent foreign degree).
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of API tools. Ability to work collaboratively and support testing and development teams.
- Good understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies. Proficiency in requirements management tools like JIRA and Confluence to document and track requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (Canada) or be willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.
- Candidates authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visas are encouraged to apply. Immigration sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analyze organizational processes and systems, assessing business models and their integration with technology.
- Assess current states, identify customer requirements, and define future business solutions.
- Research, gather, and synthesize information to support process and system design.
- Identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Good to Have:
- Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants, chatbots, Conversational Generative AI, Agent Assist, and Voice bots.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Initiative-driven with an analytical mindset, making data-driven decisions focused on delivering value and enhancing customer experience.
- Cross-functional knowledge and collaboration across organizations.
Estimated annual compensation range for candidates in Ontario: $101,500 to $134,404.
