Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with Organization Change Management, Communications, and/or Learning experience within several of our focus industries.
About The Role
Lead, design, and drive delivery of Organizational Change Management (OCM) services. The successful applicant will have experience developing and implementing change management programs that mitigate the risks associated with process and technology changes to ensure business continuity and value realization. Experience with solutions including but not limited to OCM strategies and plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, job and organizational design, HR policy alignment, change impact assessments, business readiness planning and assessments, and culture change is required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate specific experience leading and delivering change programs for areas such as:
- ERP-enabled transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
- Major package software implementations (e.g., SFDC, MS Dynamics)
- Collaboration initiatives (SharePoint or other platforms)
- Digital commerce transformations
- Agile, cloud, AI, and automation initiatives
- Shared services, outsourcing, and managed services programs
- M&A transformations and large-scale restructuring initiatives
Support sales and business development activities; sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, design, and deliver organizational change management programs on large-scale business transformation projects.
- Manage client interactions, expectations, and demonstrate subject matter expertise.
- Project-manage OCM work, managing resources, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; report on status, risks, and issues.
- Manage teams, track performance, foster trust and collaboration, and encourage innovation.
- Serve as liaison between client, project team, and partners; oversee quality assurance.
- Identify complex client issues, broaden client relationships, and develop thought leadership.
- Assist pursuit teams in selling OCM services, standalone or as part of larger transformations.
- Develop and enhance Infosys’ IP and thought leadership in OCM.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of relevant experience may substitute for each year of education.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 in consulting services.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Toronto, Ontario; travel may be required.
- Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Experience leading and delivering change management for large firms, such as the Big 4.
- Hands-on experience with full lifecycle transformation programs.
- Ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Humble, confident, strategic, detail-oriented, and creative problem solver.
