Ideal candidate will have experience in operational excellence as a facilitator and coach specializing in organizational culture, strategic alignment, and process excellence. They will be a facilitator of multiple successful initiatives ranging from small continuous improvement projects to enterprise-wide technology and transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
- Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
- Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
- Facilitate the implementation of strategic planning across the organization
- Coach executives and staff on how to manage performance through cascading objectives, improvement priorities and KPIs
- Implement an enterprise-wide standard prioritization framework that integrated Lean-Agile practices centered around client value
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ of related experience
- Agile and Lean certified including in Scrum, Product Management, and Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to code visual dashboards, analyze data and use data to understand problems and inform decisions
- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
- Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement; corporate and operations
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is preferred
- Effective communication skills; written and verbal
