<h3>Your Role in the Craft of Quality</h3>
<ul>
<li>Operate advanced manufacturing lines with elegance and precision.</li>
<li>Perform meticulous quality checks—from torque to weight to visual inspection.</li>
<li>Ensure component accuracy, batch alignment, and aesthetic perfection.</li>
<li>Support line changeovers and product introductions with confidence.</li>
<li>Execute Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) routines with discipline and pride.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to uphold ELC’s highest standards.</li>
<li>Log and track key data points—because every number tells a story.</li>
<li>Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 5S—continuous improvement is part of our DNA.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring to the Table</h3>
<ul>
<li>A high school diploma ಇಲ್ಲ equivalent.</li>
<li>1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or technical production.</li>
<li>An eye for detail and deep respect for precision.</li>
<li>The ability to stand for long periods and lift to 35 lbs. safely.</li>
<li>English fluency in reading, writing, and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Familiarity with basic computer tools (email, Excel, digital reporting systems).</li>

<h3>Pay Range</h3>
<p>Anticipated Hourly Range $18.00 to $18.90 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).
