<p>Role Overview<br>We are looking for a Product Associate who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and support the development of core product features across LōD's IoT and energy-integrated modules. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving complex problems, working with technical teams, and turning real user feedback into actionable product improvements.</p><p>You will work directly with the Product Manager and engineering teams on workflows, documentation, user stories, QA, and product releases.</p><p>What You'll Do<br>Product Development Support</p><ul><li>Help translate product requirements into clear workflows, diagrams, and documentation</li><li>Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks for engineering</li><li>Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and day-to-day coordination with dev teams</li><li>Assist with feature scoping, prioritization, and version planning</li></ul><p>User Insight & Research</p><ul><li>Work with Customer Success to gather user feedback and identify pain points</li><li>Document user needs and turn them into structured product insights</li><li>Review support tickets, usage data, and customer conversations to validate requirements</li></ul><p>Execution & Delivery</p><ul><li>Support QA testing, including writing test cases and validating functionality</li><li>Track feature progress from design to release and help maintain release notes</li><li>Collaborate with design on UX flows and simple wireframes</li></ul><p>Cross-Team Collaboration</p><ul><li>Work closely with Engineering, Design, Ops, and Customer Success on product initiatives</li><li>Ensure product documentation is always up to date and easy for teams to navigate</li></ul><p>Requirements<br>Who You Are</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in product, software, operations, design, CS, or similar</li><li>Strong communicator who can explain ideas clearly without jargon</li><li>Curious, organized, and comfortable breaking down complex problems</li><li>Enjoys working with technical concepts (you don't need to be an engineer)</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment</li><li>Takes initiative and asks good questions</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Exposure to B2B SaaS, IoT, or energy-related systems</li><li>Experience with Jira, Figma, or other PM tools</li><li>Prior work in product, CS, design, operations, or data</li></ul><p>What You'll Learn<br>You'll build hands-on experience in:</p><ul><li>Product strategy and roadmap planning</li><li>Writing EPICs, User Stories, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Agile ceremonies and release processes</li><li>UX fundamentals and workflow design</li><li>IoT, energy markets, and data center operations</li><li>Cross-functional communication in a technical environment</li></ul><p>Benefits<br>Be a part of creating an innovative product that makes a real difference.</p><p>Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, vision, and dental coverage.</p><p>Paid time off to support a balanced work-life experience.</p><p>Work in a conveniently located office in downtown Vancouver.</p><p>Grow your career and take on more responsibilities within the company.</p><p>Discover how energy, artificial intelligence, and computing intersect to tackle significant challenges.</p><p>Join a team that prioritizes clean coding practices, strong principles, and technical excellence.</p>Create Your Resume First
