Youll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers to turn complex workflows into clear, engaging designs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design and have a strong ability to contribute to product strategy.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities<br /></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to polished UI.</li><li>Rapidly prototype and validate ideas, gathering feedback from customers and internal teams.</li><li>Translate requirements into workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.</li><li>Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across platforms.</li><li>Advocate for the user and ensure customer experience drives product decisions.</li></ul><p><br />Qualifications<br /></p><ul><li>35+ years of experience in Product Design (SaaS, IoT, or data-heavy tools a plus).</li><li>Proficiency with Figma (or similar) for design and prototyping.</li><li>Strong UX research skills and ability to translate insights into solutions.</li><li>Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.</li><li>Experience in Agriculture/AgTech is a bonus, but not required.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Company-paid group health and dental benefits plus your choice of an annual HSA or PSA</li><li>Competitive compensation and an equity package</li><li>Awesome company events</li></ul></p></p>
