The Opportunity:
As a Product Project Expert, you’ll work closely with business users to understand and analyze their needs related to current and future systems, products, and processes. In collaboration with end users and the development team, you’ll recommend and implement solutions, while also providing user training and ongoing support.In addition, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for managing corporate strategic projects, ensuring their successful delivery in alignment with PMO methodology and compliance standards. This role focuses on process improvement, problem-solving, and project management, requiring strong organizational skills, time management, and confidence in leading cross-functional teams. With a customer-centric approach, you’ll apply Design Thinking, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance both the user experience and business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Coordination – 70%
Product Solutions Development (30% of weekly time)
Continuous innovation and skill development
