<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Our client, a well-established and respected Canadian-owned apparel manufacturing company, is actively hiring an in-office Production Administrator for a current, open vacancy at their head office.</p><p><strong>Position Details</strong></p><p>? Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM</p><p>? In-office role (on-site attendance required)</p><p>? Salary: $50,000 per annum</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>ï‚§ Accurately process custom orders in a timely fashion (this involves entering orders as well as issuing cut sheets to production)</p><p>ï‚§ Liaise with production department</p><p>ï‚§ Monitor delivery dates on production schedule to ensure that all custom orders ship when expected (or to advise of delays in a timely fashion)</p><p>ï‚§ Maintain/manage production & sales projection reports (add/remove active orders)</p><p>ï‚§ Respond to customer requests & inquiries (i.e. quotes, requests for product <span >information/production</span> timelines, order status inquiries & return requests)</p><p>ï‚§ CSR for select customers & back up when other members of team are away; being the main point of contact for inquiries, providing confirmation of orders placed, collecting deposits, advising of estimated ship dates, sending decoration worksheet & applicable art files to our decoration department once order has been put into production & forwarding (or approving) any art proofs in a timely fashion to ensure order timelines are met</p><p>ï‚§ Perform other related tasks as required</p><p>Â </p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><p>? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</p><p>? Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook</p><p>? Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently or in a team</p><p>?
