We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven <b>Production Manager – Fabrication</b> for one of our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional.</p><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>The Production Manager – Fabrication will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the metal fabrication process. This includes managing production schedules, leading a team of fabricators and welders, ensuring quality control, maintaining a safe work environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the fabrication department, including welding, cutting, forming, and assembly</li><li>Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and quality standards</li><li>Supervise, train, and support a team of welders, machine operators, and fabricators</li><li>Monitor workflow, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and output</li><li>Implement quality control standards and perform inspections to ensure compliance with specifications</li><li>Identify and resolve production issues, delays, and material shortages</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and sales teams to align production with customer needs</li><li>Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures</li><li>Track production KPIs and prepare performance reports for upper management</li><li>Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process enhancement</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5–7 years of experience in metal fabrication, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role</li><li>Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes including welding, CNC cutting, bending, and assembly</li><li>Proven experience in managing production teams and schedules in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field</li><li>Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems</li></ul><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage</li><li>Opportunities for overtime</li><li>Career advancement</li><li>Supportive work environment</li><li>On-the-job training</li></ul><p>Stay connected with us!</p><p>Follow us on LinkedIn for more job opportunities and updates:</p><p><span >www.linkedin.com/in/arisetalenthub</span></p><p> </p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul><p> </p><p>Work Location: In person</p></p></p>
