About the role<br>The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all production operations, leading a team of supervisors, carpenters, fabricators and trades, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.<br><br>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the Production Supervisor, Welding Supervisor, fabricators, and carpenters.</li><li>Oversee inventory control, project scheduling, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of all projects.</li><li>Promote a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and championing safety initiatives.</li><li>Set goals, coach, and manage the performance of the production team.</li><li>Utilize MS Projects and other productivity tools to schedule projects and determine lead times.</li><li>Conduct post-project reviews to assess estimate accuracy, constructability, and quality.</li><li>Communicate project updates to customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported accurately.</li><li>Analyze inventory output to identify and predict demand trends.</li><li>Identify and order project-specific components.</li><li>Review project drawings and assemblies for accuracy and constructability.</li><li>Collaborate with estimators to provide fabrication insights and improve estimate accuracy.</li><li>Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required.</li></ul>

Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with proven expertise in managing dynamic teams.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling software and production planning.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Industry expertise, with equivalent knowledge or experience in construction.</li><li>Growth mindset and tech-savviness, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Commitment to health and safety standards.</li><li>Team-oriented attitude and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.</li></ul>
