We’re looking for an Engineering Lecturer – Engineering Content Producer with a P.Eng designation to interview engineers and thought leaders across Canada.
Are you curious about entrepreneurship but not sure where to start?
In this Producer role, you’ll connect with engineering professionals in leadership roles, conduct interviews over Zoom, and help them grow their professional presence across social media and within their industry. You’ll build meaningful relationships and showcase impactful stories of engineering innovation.
You’ll be in control of the whole process – with full training and support from our team.

This role is not a fit for someone with experience in only one domain (e.g. mechanical only). We’re looking for licensed engineers who understand and are curious about multiple fields such as civil, environmental, mechanical, electrical, and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute outreach strategies to connect with engineering executives and thought leaders
- Manage the full interview production cycle-from initial outreach to final delivery
- Overcome common objections around time, budget, and relevance to position LearnFormula as a leading continuing education provider
- Track and manage engagement through project management tools and CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to create content and measure impact with analytics tools
What We’re Looking For
- A P.Eng designation with 1-5 years of professional experience
- A confident, outgoing communicator who enjoys networking and innovation
- Experience using digital tools such as CRMs and productivity platforms (e.g. Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-clear, persuasive, and engaging on Zoom and email
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship, education, and helping others grow professionally
- A self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in a fast-moving, flexible role
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
$60,000-$80,000 base + performance bonus
On-target earnings: $100,000-$120,000
