Overview
A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to support a key FRTB – Standardized Approach (SA) initiative. This role will drive project delivery, working across Front Office, Risk, Technology, and other stakeholders to meet regulatory milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale regulatory projects in Capital Markets
- Coordinate across business, risk, operations, and technology teams
- Identify and resolve risks/issues promptly
- Provide clear project updates for senior management and governance forums
Requirements
Must have the following:
10+ years in project/program management within Capital Markets
Experience with FRTB or similar front-office regulatory initiatives
Knowledge of Market or Credit Risk frameworks
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, SQL, and Excel
PMP/Agile certification (preferred)
