During a history spanning over 60 years, our client has designed some of Canada’s most notable buildings, primarily in healthcare.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><p><p><p>Architectural Project Coordinator's need a solid understanding of architectural design theories and an understanding of construction drawings. Completion of an architectural technology or interior design program is necessary; however, an undergraduate degree in architecture would be sufficient. </p></p></p><p><p><p>Architectural project coordinators work in conjunction with the project team to oversee the design of a project. In addition to creating work schedules, the coordinator ensures that the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Skills Needed</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in related field</li><li>1-3 years experience as in construction admin / project coordination / document control is necessary</li><li>Office 365 - Excel / Outlook </li><li>Experience with contract admin software preferred. E.g.
