Their success is driven by a dedicated team who take pride in their craftsmanship, uphold strong work ethics, and deliver exceptional results on every job.<br /></p><p>Conroy Exteriors is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination and execution of exterior projects across the Okanagan. While primarily focused on multi-family residential projects, you’ll serve as the key link between customers, installers, and the office team, ensuring materials are ordered and delivered on time, job sites are well-prepared, and projects are completed safely and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of quality control, communication, and documentation, working closely with all parties to keep each project running smoothly.<br /></p><p>The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values organization and teamwork, and takes pride in delivering results that uphold Conroy’s long-standing standards of excellence.<br /></p><p><b>Additional responsibilities will include:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Acting as the key link between the office, job sites, clients, project owners, and stakeholders, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships;<br /></li><li>Leading project teams, setting clear expectations, and maintaining a productive, professional, and safe job site while managing multiple projects simultaneously;<br /></li><li>Monitoring project progress, quality, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent delays or cost overruns;<br /></li><li>Reviewing construction documentation and site conditions to assess risks, costs, and requirements;<br /></li><li>Maintaining project controls, including schedules, subcontractor management, and site safety in accordance with WorkSafe BC procedures;<br /></li><li>Ensuring all project documentation and inspections are accurate and compliant with regulations;<br /></li><li>Communicating effectively with a diverse team and providing excellent customer service.<br /></li></ul><br />Requirements<ul><li>Post-secondary industry-related diplomas or degrees, AEC/DEP, or Skilled Trade Certificates are considered an asset;<br /></li><li>Proven leadership skills, set clear expectations, and maintain accountability on multiple projects<br /></li><li>Strong construction experience and site operations;<br /></li><li>Experience with exterior siding installation or knowledge of siding materials is considered an asset;<br /></li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team;<br /></li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously;<br /></li><li>Customer service excellence and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers, clients, and service providers;<br /></li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks is considered an asset;<br /></li><li>Knowledge of safety practices is required; additional certifications (e.g., fall protection, safety training) are considered an asset.<br /></li></ul><p>This is a full-time, in-office position based in Kelowna, offering a salary of $70,000 to $80,000<b>,</b> a truck allowance, and a comprehensive health benefits package.
