<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Project Coordinator – High-Rise Residential</strong></p><p><strong>Toronto, ON</strong> | <strong>$60K–$75K Base + Benefits</strong></p><p>A well-established developer-builder in Toronto&#39;s high-rise residential sector is seeking a <strong>Junior Project Coordinator</strong> to support a major ground-up condominium project in the central Toronto area. This role offers strong exposure to full-cycle high-rise construction and the opportunity to grow under an experienced project team.</p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the Project Manager and Site Team with day-to-day coordination on an active high-rise project</p></li><li><p>Assist with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document management</p></li><li><p>Track schedules, materials, and site logistics to maintain smooth project flow</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with trades, consultants, and suppliers</p></li><li><p>Prepare meeting minutes, update project documentation, and support progress reports</p></li><li><p>Contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance across the project</p></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>1–3 years of experience in construction; high-rise exposure is an asset</p></li><li><p>Diploma/degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate professionally with trades, consultants, and internal teams</p></li><li><p>Experience with project software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, etc.)</p></li><li><p>A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced project environment</p></li></ul></p></p>
