Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a leading retailer on a contract basis. The PCO will assist the IT business relationship management team with Project Tracking & Reporting and support the preparation, presentation, and reporting of IT’s overall Business Value Metrics. The role involves coordinating tasks such as maintaining and updating industry-standard project templates. Success in this role requires excellent time management and communication skills, as collaboration with internal and external teams is essential to meet deadlines.



Responsibilities include:

  1. Draft detailed but succinct meeting minutes capturing key decisions and actions during weekly status meetings.
  2. Coordinate high-level project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  3. Act as a gatekeeper for the intake process, ensuring relevant information is provided by the business.
  4. Break projects into manageable actions with set timeframes.
  5. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  6. Collaborate with the Director of PMO to eliminate blockers.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive project templates, documentation, plans, and reports.
  8. Provide high-quality, timely analysis and research to support the team in developing new products or brands for incremental revenue, utilizing online and database resources.
  9. Manage and track all projects efficiently, preparing timely and accurate status reports.
  10. Manage time, resources, and conflicting priorities effectively.
  11. Proofread presentation and communication materials for grammatical and content accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Proficiency in software: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Power BI, Jira/Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Team player with proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Ability to interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance.
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, management, or marketing.
