We do this by utilizing our technology expertise to enable our clients to deliver an exceptional experience to their customers.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Project Manager </b>with strong <b>CRM delivery</b> experience to lead and manage enterprise CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end CRM projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Experience with <b>Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)</b> is a strong plus.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Lead and manage CRM implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to closure.</p><p>• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.</p><p>• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.</p><p>• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to project management best practices (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).</p><p>• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.</p><p>• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.</p><p>• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and escalation effectively.</p><p>• Ensure quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful go-live support.</p><p>• Support post-implementation stabilization and handover to support teams.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b></p><p>• Proven experience as a Project Manager in CRM implementations.</p><p>• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing modules).</p><p>• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).</p><p>• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</p><p>• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.</p><p>• Strong risk management, planning, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p><b>Good to Have / Preferred Skills</b></p><p>• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).</p><p>• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Power Platform, Power BI, Azure).</p><p>• Prior experience managing ERP + CRM integrated programs.</p><p>• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.</p><p>• Experience working with global clients and multi-geo delivery teams.</p>Create Your Resume First
