<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Project Manager<br /><strong>Location:</strong> Greater Edmonton, Alberta<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> $110,000 to $140,000<br><br>We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team.<br><br>Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing light industrial, industrial, and commercial construction projects in the Greater Edmonton area. This is an opportunity to join and help lead a collaborative and innovative team, where your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.<br><br>What You Will Do:<ul><li>Cultivate and sustain outstanding connections with clients and all project-related stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate the project's design, budget, and timeline.</li><li>Collaborate closely with team members to review progress, identify potential risks, and develop solutions to meet deadlines.</li><li>Offer guidance to team members, ensuring the achievement of project objectives.</li><li>Monitor, document, and communicate all financial aspects of the project, including projections and invoicing.</li><li>Spearhead and execute the selection process for subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.</li><li>Uphold and promote the company's cultural values.</li></ul><br />What You Need:<ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of <span >institutional/commercial</span> construction experience.</li><li>A construction related degree/diploma is preferred.</li><li>Experience with Education facilities is an asset. </li><li>Previous experience working on educational facilities in preferred.</li><li>Experience with Procore and MS project is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of pull planning techniques is preferred.</li><li>Must we willing to travel to sites and in some cases work from site office for the length of the project.</li><li>Must have strong knowledge of scheduling, project management and cost controls.</li><li>Must possess a valid and clean driver's license.</li><li>Must hold strong communication skills, both verbally and written.</li><li>Must be highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities.</li><li>Must have a proven ability to take initiative and be respectful of diversity.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive Health and Dental Benefits</li><li>RRSP Matching</li><li>Annual discretionary bonus</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
